• You must use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling activity.

qx999 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or source-of-funds evidence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If you attempt to open or operate more than one account, qx999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or game rounds, and forfeit any balances held across duplicate accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party.

• You must provide a valid mobile number at registration. This number serves as your primary account identifier and the mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) used for deposits must be registered to the same person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

qx999 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:
